Due to the nature of our products, we don't offer returns at the moment, all sales are final.
That said, we want you to love your Lillipop goodies! If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@lillipop.co within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the package. We’ll assess the damage and, if applicable, get a fresh one in the mail for you.
Cancellations
To request cancellation, please email at hello@lillipop.co as soon as possible. Orders are processed quickly so we cannot guarantee cancellation, but we will do our best to help.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days. Delivery times vary based on location.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
